I set up Zoe Newman Consulting to provide a unique offering to my clients; the ability to support them at all stages of their transformation.
My career started with the traditional entry level route into Human Resources. I completed my CIPD qualification early on and worked my way through the ranks in generalist roles, mostly in customer facing industries.
I then decided to move into consulting where I found I enjoyed working in a project delivery environment and have since drawn on all of this experience in my contracting roles.
Clients and colleagues often comment on my straightforward approach and my ability to navigate the inevitable organisational politics, tackling challenges head on. I am quick to “learn the ropes”, establishing relationships and adapting to the culture, which means I can prove my worth from day one.
I am passionate about, and am good at, helping senior leaders reach their goals and would welcome the opportunity to help you.
